Educational Tours & Camping
We offer 30-minute guided tours that teach you about ratites & the life cycle of an ostrich from egg to table. You can ask our ostrich wranglers questions, hold & touch eggs & feathers, & then  get some up-close & personal time feeding a trio of our sweeter birds - Sammie, Khora  & Al - who  love to have their picture taken with new friends! You will also get access to our shops where you can buy ostrich, ranch & orchard products, hand-crafted rustic decor, and unique  souvenirs & gifts!

After many requests, we have finally opened a section of the ranch where you can camp using your own gear or some of ours. Have a BBQ cookout, make some S'Mores while telling tales around the propane fire-ring, then cuddle up in a teepee or yurt tent. Once the sun rises, you can cook up some farm-fresh eggs you bought for breakfast and enjoy the beautiful Angeles Forest around us!

Eco-consciousness & Ratite Rescue
For us, ranching, farming & being a family business includes being mindful of  our natural world & making a positive contribution to our community. We use  many
natural products & techniques, avoid using chemical pesticides & hormones, recycle, use reclaimed & upcycled materials in our hand-crafted creations, actively support a healthy bee population in our area, & use renewable energy sources - all in hopes of supporting positive business growth without having a negative impact on the world we're leaving our children.
We are a N0-Kill rescue for ratites who unfortunately are seized or are surrendered due to safety, neglect, incompetence &/or abuse. Too many end up being euthanized, but we are working with state & county authorities to provide safe & healthy forever-homes for these unique creatures. Ratite care & husbandry are costly, tough & dangerous - definitely not for everyone, but that's where we step in to do what we can. If you'd be interested in supporting our efforts, please contact us for information on donations & volunteer work.
